Using and forms on this site
When you fill in a form on this website, the information you submit gets sent directly to my inbox and is not stored on the site.
I use a security app (Google reCaptcha) to prevent us getting spam sent through the forms. This app is categorised as preventing unsolicited ‘marketing’ and you will therefore need to accept the marketing cookies in order to submit a contact/signup form or workshop bookings.
I ask you for email AND phone numbers as if you mistype one, I can contact you by the other.
Workshop booking: If you book on a workshop I may ask you for other information.
How will I use and store your information?
If I need to share your information with anyone, for example your doctor, we will always ask for your permission first.
All personal information that I collect is stored electronically, nothing is stored on paper. All electronic devices are password protected.
I hold your information for as long as deemed necessary by my insurance company (generally 7 years).
View, change or request deletion of your personal information
At any time, you can email me if you would like to update, see any of your personal information I hold or request it be deleted, or report a data breach if you are concerned that one has taken place. I may not be able to delete all information, as per above, I need to keep some of it for 7 years in accordance with my insurers.

If you make contact with us on a social media platform, we might ask you to ‘private message us’ so we can continue a private conversation.
